Here's what's going on!
The core of the Smoking Bones story is contained in the Smoking Bones Saga, a series of four books and three board games. Released in chronological order, the books will alternate with games to tell a fully immersive story and worldbuilding experience.
The first book in the Smoking Bones Saga is Red Jones and the Burning Heart.
The hardbound, "Lucky Edition" is coming to Kickstarter in October 2026
All books in this series will measure 8.5 x 11” (just like the Travel Guide) and will look fantastic as a set on your bookshelf or coffee table.
Wait! What about those Smoking Bones games?!
Andrew Bosley and Wits End are excited to work with Stonemaier Games on a series of board games set in the Smoking Bones world. These games are currently being developed by experienced designers and, of course, will be art directed and illustrated by Andrew Bosley.
Update! The first SM game in the Smoking Bones Saga
is coming out in Q4 of 2026!
